We are a small organization offering nimble and efficient assistance with developing your concepts and monetizing your inventions. We focus in particular in the medical device field. Our skill set and qualifications include various engineering degrees, an MBA, and several degrees in entrepreneurial "hard knocks." We have also appeared in numerous speaking engagements and international publications.

cehChris Haigh focused primarily on aeronautical engineering while earning his engineering degree from Purdue University. He later obtained his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, while working full-time at the Indiana Senate as a senate staffer and speech writer. At IPXtract, he specializes in medical device product development, marketing, and business consulting.

cehAida Haigh earned her chemical engineering degree from University of Illinois - Chicago and also specializes in medical device product development, marketing, and business consulting. Aida brings workplace experience as a former chemical and process engineer.

cehJeff Schwindt is the most distinguished and experienced of our engineers, holding a mechanical engineering degree from Northeastern University, and a M.S. in engineering from Clarkson University. Jeff's expertise ranges from pneumatic control systems to robotics programming, and has proven accomplishments in the medical device industry. As a fellow entrepreneur, Jeff provides a wide gamut of experiences and guidance to IPXtract clients, while continuing to mentor and develop a number of other successful businesses. One of Jeff's companies is AirFX, a leading motorcycle suspension company that has truly changed the custom suspension industry.

Mike Baran earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at Purdue University and his MBA at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with majors in General Management and New Business and Venture Development. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has owned a number of businesses and managed the controllership in others. In 2003, he was named the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Indiana Limestone Company, Inc. Since 2008, Mike has been operating an Interim CFO and Business Advisory consultancy, working with mining, medical device, and recruiting and staffing businesses. Currently, Mike also serves as the Vice- President & Chief Financial Officer of a medical device company, and guides IPXtract clients through the funding, financial, and grant processes.
